Offer Summary 

• $250 off for the Website build 

• 25% off the 1st SEO cycle   

Promotion Period 

• Start Date: 1 September 2025 

• End Date: 31 October 2025  

Eligibility 

• Open to New and Returning Clients 

• Also applies to Existing Clients not currently running SEO 

• Clients must have signed for both Website and SEO products during the promotion period to qualify 

• Clients currently under any SEO promotional period are not eligible 

• Applies to Direct and Affiliate clients only (Resellers/White-label excluded) 

• Budgets cannot be amended downward during the promotion period 

• SEO budget must meet a minimum of $1,100 (excluding SEO add-ons) 

• No pausing, downgrading, or cancelling of campaigns during the minimum term  

• Contract must be signed & received by LocaliQ on COB 31 October 2025 to qualify for this promotion  

• Cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion 

• LocaliQ reserves the right to determine final qualification of the promotion 

Product Details & Commitments 

Website 

• Build Fee: $749 (one-time) this already includes the $250 promotion 

• Maintenance: $99/month   

• Minimum 12-cycle commitment 

SEO 

• Monthly Fee – 1st Cycle: 25% off 

• Minimum 6-cycle commitment 

Terms & Conditions 

• SEO must go live by 21 November 2025 to receive cycle discounts, certain exemptions may be made. 

• The promotional amount is determined at the time of signing 

• Full contract terms must be served to retain promotional pricing 

• The minimum 6-cycle term must be completed, or the promotion may be forfeited 

• Client must notify LocaliQ one (1) cycle in advance of a cancellation should they wish to cancel or stop after the minimum term 

• Clients must provide all required information in a timely manner to avoid delays 

• Offer may not be combined with any other promotions 

SEO PROMOTION

Promotion Period

Requirements 

• Minimum SEO budget of $1,100 (excluding add-ons) 

• Minimum 6-cycle commitment, client must notify one (1) cycle in advance of a cancellation should they wish to cancel or stop after the minimum term 

• Contract must be signed & received by LocaliQ on COB 31 October 2025 to qualify for this promotion
