Starts Monday 13th November 2023, expires 8th December 2023. 
Contracts must be SIGNED by 5pm 8th December 2023 & GO-LIVE by 15th December 2023 for promotion to apply. 

 Client Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Applies to EXISTING, NEW or RETURNING clients 
  • DIRECT & AFFILIATE clients only [RESELLERS/WHITE-LABEL EXCLUDED] 
  • Client must not be running any campaigns that are within the minimum term of another LocaliQ promotion 
  • Existing clients must be spending $1000 per cycle and above to be eligible for Offer 1 (SEO), 2 (Website) or 3 (Chat) 
  • Existing clients spending under $1000 per cycle are only eligible to receive Offer 3 (Chat) 


Eligible Clients as above can take up only ONE of these offers: 

Offer 1 SEO: Sign up for 6 cycles SEO, get the 1st and 6th cycle free
Offer 2 Website: Get a 5-page WordPress Website for $699 ($300 off). Minimum 12 cycles x $99 maintenance, service & hosting still applies
Offer 3 Chat: Sign up for 4 cycles Chat (Smart Chatbot), get cycle 1 and cycle 4 free ($139 per cycle, non-HIPAA; $209 per cycle HIPAA) 


Ts & Cs Specific to each Offer: 

Offer 1 SEO: Sign up for 6 cycles SEO, get the 1st and 6th cycle free 

  • If client signs for a Minimum 6 Cycle Term – assuming the full-term is served, then client qualifies for free 1st Cycle and free 6th cycle SEO 
  • Budget per cycle MIN $1,100 – MAX $5K 
  • Client must not already be running SEO on their website 
  • This offer is not available to any existing clients spending under $1000 per cycle in total 

Offer 2 Website: Get a 5-page WordPress Website for $699 ($300 off) (minimum 12 months $99 maintenance, service & hosting still applies) 

  • If a client signs for a 5-page WordPress Website, they will receive a $300 discount off the normal price ($999) and only pay $699 
  • There will be no discount applied to any Custom Websites, Website add-ons, or the monthly service & maintenance fee 
  • The monthly service and maintenance fee ($99) must be signed for a minimum term of 12 cycles 
  • This offer is not available to any existing clients spending under $1000 per cycle in total 

Offer 3 Chat: Sign up for 4 cycles Chat (Smart Chatbot), get cycle 1 and cycle 4 free ($139 per cycle, non-HIPAA; $209 per cycle HIPAA) 

  • If client signs for a Minimum 4 Cycle Term – assuming the full-term is served, then client qualifies for free 1st Cycle and free 4th cycle Chat (Smart Chatbot) 
  • The offer does not apply to Live Chat Platinum 
  • The Chat Setup fee of $50 cannot be waived 
  • Client must not already be running Live Chat Platinum or Chat (Smart Chatbot) on their website 


T&Cs applying to all offers: 

  • Tactical Campaigns are EXCLUDED. Budgets cannot be amended downwards during the Promotion Period. The promotional amount offered is determined at time of signing. 
  • No pausing, stopping or cancelling of campaigns during the Minimum Term that are running the promotion or the promotion may be forfeited, and any promotional credits offered would require to be refunded or returned to LocaliQ. 
  • MINIMUM Cycles and Term required to be served in full to qualify 
  • Client order subject to both one-off Product Setup Fee & Telco Fees (if applicable) which cannot be waived. 
  • Per standard Terms & Conditions, campaigns will continue after the Minimum Term, unless the client informs LocaliQ 1 cycle in advance 
  • Cannot be part of another promotion
