Why are we rebranding from ReachLocal to LocaliQ?
Through the evolution of our brand into LocaliQ, we want to communicate our continued commitment to transforming our customers’ businesses, putting our innovative technology and years of digital marketing expertise toward our mission of helping our customers grow.
Who is LocaliQ?
LocaliQ is part of Gannett, a global media company that delivers local and national news to millions of people every day. Gannett’s business solutions, including LocaliQ and the USA TODAY NETWORK, provide businesses – both big and small – with access to the audiences and technology solutions they need to grow and thrive.
Gannett acquired ReachLocal in 2016 with ReachLocal US and Canada rebranding to LocaliQ in February 2023. LocaliQ continues to create powerful and performance-driven marketing campaigns that truly resonate with audiences.
How will the rebranding affect clients and partners?
As LocaliQ Australia and LocaliQ New Zealand, we will continue to deliver excellence through our existing products and services. Clients and Partners will see our company name, logos and colour scheme change from ReachLocal to LocaliQ in communications, reporting, support materials, online social media accounts and more.
Will my pending orders or contracts be affected by the rebranding?
Any past and pending orders will remain unaffected. In addition, any orders processed during the transition will not be affected by the change.
What happens if I accidentally send an email to an old ReachLocal email address?
Not to worry – for the next while, any emails to ReachLocal email addresses will automatically redirect to our new LocaliQ email addresses.
Will there be any changes to your phone numbers or office addresses?
There will be no change to any of our contact phone numbers. Our physical office addresses will remain the same, except for the company name updating to LocaliQ.
Is there any change to LocaliQ’s official company name and ABN (or NZBN)?
While we are trading with our new business name LocaliQ, our ABN and NZBNs remain the same, and we will retain our entity names:

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. Our credit card systems are PCI compliant and have not changed.
